Inspired by the science of relationships
Our research draws on the work of John & Julie Gottman, whose studies predicted divorce with over 90% accuracy. We apply similar methods to founding teams, analyzing how co-founders communicate, handle conflict and build trust, to understand what predicts whether a team stays together and its venture succeeds.
